MapMeasure by Handicraft. These terms explain the rules for using the service, paid features, and the practical limits of location-based functionality.

These Terms govern your use of MapMeasure and related services provided by Handicraft.
By downloading, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Definitions
- User means any individual who accesses or uses the service.
- Paid Service means features, content, or subscriptions offered for a fee.
- Content means all information, data, features, text, and materials available through the service.
Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms to use the service. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for digital services, that permission is required before use.
Provision of the Service
- We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Location Service Characteristics and Limitations

- Pricing, billing period, and payment method are shown on the purchase screen and are handled by the app store or payment processor.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in your store settings.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing information provided by the user unless required by law.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refunds for paid services are governed by applicable law and the policies of the relevant app store.
- Some digital items may be non-refundable once access or use begins.
- Subscription management is usually handled in your app store account settings.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Do not infringe the rights of others or distribute malware.
- Do not provide false or misleading information, including billing details.
Intellectual Property
The service and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use beyond what these Terms permit requires prior written consent.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-related, profit-related, or revenue-related damages arising from your use of the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
